Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager/Business Development specialist to join our team and drive partnerships and business growth. You'll be responsible for managing existing partner integrations, identifying new partnership opportunities, and developing strategic relationships that help expand our AI drone technology's reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships and integrations
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with drone manufacturers and technology companies
- Lead partnership negotiations and contract discussions
- Coordinate with technical teams on integration requirements
- Track and report on partnership performance and business metrics
- Represent Dremian at industry events and conferences
- Develop and execute business development strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience in business development or account management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in technology partnerships or B2B sales
- Ability to understand technical concepts and requirements
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience in drone, robotics, or AI technology industry
- Background in aerospace or defense partnerships
- Knowledge of international business and regulations
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
- Network in the drone or robotics industry
- Experience working with government or military contracts
