UAV Control Expert

Full-time Part-time Volunteer
Netherlands, EU, Ukraine
Responsibilities:
  • Develop RL-based control policies for interceptor drones
  • Tune PID controllers for drone stability in the field
  • Sim-to-real transfer of RL models to physical drones
  • Iterate and improve control models based on flight test data
Profile:
  • Deep experience or education in control engineering
  • Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning for control
  • PID tuning experience, ideally on UAVs (ArduPilot/Betaflight)
  • Comfortable working in the field with real drones

Computer Vision Expert

Responsibilities:
  • Object detection for drone perception (detection-first approach)
  • Dataset curation, collection, and labeling pipelines
  • Evaluate stereo vision, multi-camera setups, and radar integration
  • Neural network training and optimization for real-time edge deployment
Profile:
  • Experience with real-time object detection systems
  • Strong background in neural network training and dataset management
  • Knowledge of multi-sensor fusion (cameras, radar)
  • PhD (or candidate) in computer vision or related field preferred

PCB Designer / Hardware Specialist

Remote (EU/Ukraine preferred)
Responsibilities:
  • Design PCBs for drone control systems and AI accelerators
  • Research and select optimal components (cameras, MCUs, sensors)
  • Manage power distribution and eliminate RF interference
  • Test and validate hardware in real-world conditions
Profile:
  • Strong experience in PCB design and layout
  • Background in electronics, embedded systems, and component selection
  • Knowledge of power management and signal integrity
  • Experience with drone or robotics hardware
