Full-time Part-time Volunteer

Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled PCB Designer to join our team and create complex printed circuit boards for our AI drone systems. You'll be responsible for designing high-performance PCBs that handle power distribution, eliminate interference from high-frequency signals, and create expansion boards for processors and AI accelerators. This role requires deep understanding of electronics design principles and the ability to create robust, reliable circuit boards.

Key Responsibilities

Design complex PCBs for drone control systems and AI accelerators
Implement proper power distribution and management systems
Eliminate interference from high-frequency signals and RF components
Create expansion boards for processors and AI accelerators
Design RF amplifiers and communication modules
Ensure signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility
Collaborate with hardware and software teams on system integration
Create design documentation and manufacturing specifications

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential:

Strong experience in PCB design and layout
Knowledge of power distribution and management
Understanding of high-frequency signal integrity
Experience with RF design and interference mitigation
Proficiency in PCB design software (KiCad, Eagle, Altium)
Understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints
Experience with multilayer PCB design

Preferred:

Experience with AI accelerator and processor board design
Background in drone or robotics electronics
Knowledge of thermal management in PCB design
Experience with high-speed digital design
Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance
Experience with flexible and rigid-flex PCB design
