Position Overview

We're seeking experienced pilots and engineers to join our team in testing and flying autonomous drones. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on flying experience, working with both fixed-wing aircraft and FPV quadcopters. You'll be instrumental in validating our AI systems in real-world conditions and helping clients implement our technology.

Key Responsibilities

Test and fly autonomous drones (fixed-wing and FPV quadcopters) in various conditions
Assist with data collection for AI model training and validation
Support hardware integration and system testing
Travel to client locations to help setup and configure systems
Provide hands-on training and technical support to clients
Participate in field testing and operational validation
Document flight procedures and system performance
Collaborate with engineering team on system improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential:

Proven experience flying FPV quadcopters or fixed-wing aircraft
Strong understanding of flight dynamics and control systems
Experience with ArduPilot or Betaflight flight controllers
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field
Willingness to travel frequently to client locations
Strong communication and training skills
Valid pilot license or equivalent experience

Preferred:

Ex-military aviation experience
Experience with autonomous systems and AI
Background in engineering or technical field
Experience with data collection and analysis
Knowledge of radio communication systems
Experience in extreme or challenging environments
